This is a public limited company, but there's no structure in this company and one man show. Serious leadership lacking and missmanagement is the landmark if one like to spoil their career here..

The fact mentioned in the blog is very ture, the co. has no discipline,no management no proper guidence. And the fact is very true that if someone wants to spoil there carreer then only they can stick to the co. Good employees are leaving the co within months so u can unterstand the situation.

Yeah, I think I have a valid reason........... The nine months closure was like the MC happening to a pregnant lady, in this case Intrasoft. After that the triplets were reborn....... AK, SK, and MG.
