The fact mentioned in the blog is very ture, the co. has no discipline,no management no proper guidence. And the fact is very true that if someone wants to spoil there carreer then only they can stick to the co. Good employees are leaving the co within months so u can unterstand the situation.

Hey I've the latest hot news in town!! The kajaria brothers were caught red handed doing a 69 in the Lakes opposite Menoka!!! This happened on Dashami night at around 10:25 PM when most of the people had left. And guess who caught in on tape?? None other than Mukesh Goel who who also present there in the Lakes with Anirban Chakraborty trying to satisfy him. After they threatened to circulate their 69ing video as MMS, the kajarias gave MG and AC a chance to fuck themselves. But Alas.. the big fat ass of sharad had too small a hole for Anirban's cock while Mukesh's little peanut size penis could not get into either brother's ass :-( Ultimately they had go to the street dogs in the area, who also refused to fuck them and bite their balls off.... so they had to search for dogs and pigs of other areas and suck their cocks..

ITL is the worst company i have seen ever. All the top management persons ( i doubt whether they are human or not!) are rubbish and worthless. I specially want to name Goutam Sengupta the GL of General Section. He is illiterate and a total mess. He alone sacked about 30 quality people of his dept.
An impotent person who always tries to strengthen own position by destroying a quality person's career in the company.
I do completely agree with the coments about Goutam Sengupta. He alone destroyed the General Section. Its a horrible experience for me working with him. He claims that he is from highly creative background. But unfortunately he is the person of ZERO creativity. Thats why he always feels insecured about own position. A very mean minded person, who you never know, when will stab you from back side.
Above all there are the top management which actually is the collection of worst people on the earth.
God save the existing ITL employees who till now are forced to stay there.
They are best only at laying off and sacking people.......and again posting job openings in the same position to screw other peoples lives.....

Hey ITL did not give me last months salary as I had given an improper resignation. So I had decided to donate that amount to "SK and AK doridra seva Bhandar" (Poor service fund) . Must say, this is *the* worst company I've ever worked for during my tenure in India, an absolutely shit company with absolutely shitholes at the top. Most of the guys who have had been working at 123G for a long time are the uttermost failures in their lives, know nothing about technology and yes, must say, absolutely shitty. I personally hate Bengalis and Indians cause they happen to be the biggest motherfuckers on earth, and yep, during my 1 year tenure at 123G, must say, saw the real side of Bengali culture. Absolutely shit ppl working in an absolute shit environment. And as for AK, SK AND MUKESH GOEL, the 3 biggest mother fuckers on earth. Am so glad, fucked their arse and got out of this company without wasting any more time and more importantly my future and money.
