Resistance to Change if it comes from the top
Resistance to change is something every consultant expects to encounter. From the smallest to the largest of organizations, it seems some people will do almost anything to resist updating processes and equipment. However, few consultants have encountered the kind of organized opposition to change which goes far away from the 14 principles of the Management concept. If the opposition comes from the top and the attitude becomes negative towards change and give the fullest resistance for the Change for the good to implement the scenario becomes gloomy. See the blog which resembles the same as 123Greetings situation. Now, the employee strength is 208 from 450people.This is what has happened for 123 Greetings also. I'm really astonished by seeing people's spontaneous comments on this blog. I would invite more people to add comments and distribute this link to their suffered friends in ITL or 123Greetings.
Since, we all have suffered and had to see bad days due to this company, so we've moral resposibilities to let others know about the actual story of this company.

this company runs on the whims and fancies of their brothers . There is nothing called management in this company . Only big idle talk !! a company with more than 200 de-motivated employees wont reach far . A company that is ruled by yes men, huckers and people that has got no idea on people management . Its ironic that a company that runs a business based on Human emotions and relationships cant communicate basic corporate governance and emotions to it's internal employees.

Must say, this is *the* worst company I've ever worked for during my tenure in India, an absolutely shit company with absolutely shitholes at the top. Most of the guys who have had been working at 123G for a long time are the uttermost failures in their lives, know nothing about technology and yes, must say, absolutely shitty. I personally hate Bengalis and Indians cause they happen to be the biggest motherfuckers on earth, and yep, during my 1 year tenure at 123G, must say, saw the real side of Bengali culture. Absolutely shit ppl working in an absolute shit environment. And as for AK, SK AND MUKESH GOEL, the 3 biggest mother fuckers on earth. Am so glad, fucked their arse and got out of this company without wasting any more time and more importantly my future and money.
